Joyful Living in Times of Illness, Grief or Loss

Thursdays, Every other week

6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

There is a difference in struggling through life and living your life abundantly. Learning skills for daily living, sharing with others who understand your situation, and getting insight about yourself in order to lead a more abundant life, are all ways we will help you come to a place of personal healing.

This group is appropriate for anyone with chronic illness, grief or loss who:
• Wants to manage their life in new and creative ways
• Would like a support system
• Would like to look toward the future and not live in the past
• Would like to have a more meaningful, healed life
Illness and loss are only one part of who we are. We are also spirit, where our passions and fire reside.

Author Lori Hartwell writes “. . .the gift of your spirit is something that cannot be destroyed by illness, [grief or loss], but rather divinely refined by the fire.”

Dates: Sept 9 & 23, Oct 7 & 21, Nov 4 & 21, Dec 2 & 16
Cost: $30 per session
