Whether we lose a loved one or a dream, the process of grief is the same.
Because of the courageous work of Elizabeth Kubler Ross, we are aware that there are overlapping stages of grief. What we don’t always know is how to navigate the emotions and reactions that we and others have during the grief process.
In this Saturday workshop we will talk about these questions that we all have when confronted with our grief and the grief of others – What is normal? How can I help? When do you get over grief?
