Using the Principles of Kabbalah

Mondays, 11/08/10

6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. Using the principles of Kabbalah, we learn how to be awake, engaged, present, and participating in our life—even during the difficult times. This is where our true life of wholeness lies.

Our true experience of ourselves, our lives, and the Divine are accessed through the teachings of the Kabbalah. They are only found within, and are not found outside ourselves, in our illusion of the “perfect life.” Feeling whole begins here and now in the life we are currently living, whatever it may embody.

In this class, we will:
~experience how it feels to be our true selves, both in relationship to our lives and the divine
~experience "receiving" this through meditations
~practice being present and authentic

Come on this journey to discover more about your true, whole self and your relationships with others and the divine.
